My Gallery

You may view the items saved in your groups and sort their information alphabetically by clicking the headings at the top of each column. To better organize your gallery, click here.

Once you have objects saved in your gallery, click on any of the hyperlinks to view the full details of your saved object, or check off any two objects and click the "Compare any 2 gallery items" button - located at the bottom of the screen - to view the two selected objects simultaneously.

• Add Objects to My Gallery
  1. Login to My Museum.
  2. Find an object from the collection on the website. All objects from the collections will appear througout the website as hyperlinked images.
     Various ways to find objects from the collection include, but are not limited to:
     • Searching the Collections
     • Using the Interactive Floorplan
     • Images throughout the Exhibitions & Collections section
     • Searching the Website
  3. Click on the hyperlinked image or "More Details" hyperlink (if visible). You will be taken to a details screen for the object.
  4. Click the button. The object is now saved to your My Gallery.
  5. Click on the "Click here to view" link below the object image. You should now see your newly saved object(s). By default all saved objects will appear under the "My Gallery" group.
• Remove Items from My Gallery
  1. Click the Remove button to the far right of the object that you wish to delete. A prompt box will appear.
  2. Click 'OK' to remove the object from your saved gallery. The page will reload and the selected object will disappear.
